Rohde, former Assistant Secretary of Communications and Information for the U.S. Department of Commerce and Administrator of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) and Christopher A. McLean, former Administrator of the Rural Utilities Service (RUS) and Between Mr. McLean and Mr. Rohde, e-Copernicus has more than 25 years of experience of working on rural telecommunications issues on Capitol Hill and in administering the two major telecommunications agencies in the Executive Branch of the U.S. government. Carla A. Anderson, is one of the foremost grant and loan writers in the area of distance-learning and telemedicine programs and RUS Broadband financing loans. Anderson has over 20 years of experience in grant/loan writing and creating opportunities for businesses and communities. The firm has secured millions of grant and loan dollars for telemedicine, broadband deployment, distance learning, community health centers, criminal justice programs and other developmental areas. Glen Cooney, who has worked for the Republican National Committee, PR and grass roots organizing firms, adds expertise in public relations and grass roots/tops outreach and as a lobbyist and program manager Cooney leads the firm’s services in developing public relations strategy and grass roots/tops strategies. Robert L. Martin, Vice President of Business Development is the former Executive Director of the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) and former Executive Director of the National and International Academies of Emergency Dispatch. He is a certified Emergency Number Professional (ENP) and holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and a master’s in professional communication. Mr. Martin has twenty years of association management, coalition building, national and international standard setting, marketing and publication, and organizational communication experience, with emphasis in the public safety and emergency services industries. Robert Schill is an attorney who recently worked at Washington, D.C. law firm, Covington & Burling. He previously served in the office of Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan. He received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University. Rob brings a wide range of political and legal experience to the firm. Working for over three years with Senator Moynihan, he handled a wide range of issues including technology matters. In the law firm environment, Rob has handled matters pertaining to government contract law and technology clients. He has also worked on several U.S. House and Senate campaigns. Jackie Parker worked for 32 years in Federal government. She worked for over a quarter century in the United States Senate, 18 of which were with U.S. Senator David Pryor (D-AR). Jackie is also a past political appointee to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where she served as executive assistant to the Administrator.
