Gregory L. Rohde, President and former Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information and Administrator of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration.   The NTIA  manages the US Radiomagnetic Spectrum and serves as the principle advisor to the President on international and domestic telecommunications issues.    

 

 

Christopher A. McLean, Esq., Principal, and former Administrator of the Rural Utilities Service.  The RUS helps finance rural electric, telecommunications and water projects and administers a distance learning and telemedicine loan and grant program. The RUS loan portfolio contains over $42 billion in investments in rural utility infrastructure.

Carla A. Anderson, Resource Director of e-Copernicus, has over 20 years of experience in grant, loan and foundation programs (program development, proposal writing, implementation and ongoing operations) including the Department of Commerce, Rural Utilities Service, and Office of Rural Health Policy.   Principle founder and developer of the first telemedicine network established in North Dakota.   Ms. Anderson is a nationally recognized voice for telemedicine and rural health care.

   

Robert Schill, Director of Federal Affairs for e-Copernicus is an attorney and previously served in the office of Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan.  He received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University. 

Mr. Schill brings a wide range of political and legal experience to the firm.  Working for over three years with Senator Moynihan, he handled a wide range of issues including technology matters.  In the law firm environment, Rob has handled matters pertaining to government contract law and technology clients.  He has also worked on several U.S. House and Senate campaigns.

Glen Cooney, Lobbyist and Program Manager for e-Copernicus has worked for the Republican National Committee, PR and grass roots organizing firms.  Mr. Cooney adds expertise in public relations and grass roots/tops outreach.  As a lobbyist and program manager Cooney leads the firm’s services in developing public relations strategy and grass roots/tops strategies

 

 


Juana Ines Pacheco,

Rachel Mager,  Executive Assistant to the e-Copernicus team, is a graduate of West Chester University in 2006.  Ms. Mager received her BA in History with minors in Russian Studies and Russian language.  Rachel was born and raised in Quakertown, PA, about an hour outside of Philadelphia.
